Sweet Potatoes


  • 6-7 peeled sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter

Cut potatoes into chunks and boil until tender. Drain. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut butter on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake until butter and sugar are candied and add marshmallows.
