Potato Salad (Janine’s)


  • 10 diced and boiled potatoes
  • 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • chopped dill pickles (Around 3-4 large ones)
  • mayo
  • mustard
  • dill seed
  • salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate. Eat.

(I can never seem to make this quite as good as my mother-in-law… but it’s worth a try!)
