Cheesy Potato Casserole


  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup frosted flakes (I also have used french fried onions or Ritz crackers)
  • 1 1/12 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix it all together, sprinkling the flakes on top. Bake  at 375 for an hour.
