Taco Pie


  • 1 lb beef
  • tortillas
  • shredded cheese
  • enchilada sauce
  • sour cream

In a round pie pan, put enchilada sauce on bottom. Top with tortilla. Then stack beef and toppings on top. Put down another tortilla, stack more toppings. Do until pan is full. Freeze. Thaw out when ready to eat and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
