Chili


  • 1 pound hamburger or ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cans beans (pinto, kidney, chili, etc)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger, green pepper onion, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low (or crockpot it for 6-8 hours) until you’re ready to eat!
