Bierocks


  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • ½ head cabbage
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • Salt and pepper

Brown beef and onion. Add cabbage and cook until it is translucent.  Fill flattened biscuits with filling and put on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  If freezing, let cool completely and wrap each bierock in foil and freeze. When ready to eat, thaw in fridge and put wrapped bierocks in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Or better yet, heat them in your toaster oven!

  1. I love Bierock but unfortunetely todd does not.. LOL.. I still make them occasionally though! I always use frozen dough for rolls and add cheddar cheese to your recipe! pretty yummy..
