- 2 large chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add all of the ingredients to your crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Shred meat with a fork or with a stand up mixer. Serve over white rice.
