Sweet and Smoky Chicken and Rice

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Add all of the ingredients to your crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Shred meat with a fork or with a stand up mixer. Serve over white rice.

(Buns in my Oven is the culprit for this one!)
