Pressure Cooker Stroganoff


  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2.5 cups beef broth
  • 2.5 cups noodles (penne or rotini are good options)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened

Brown turkey, garlic, and onion in the pressure cooker. Stir in soup, broth, noodles, and spices. Set pressure cooker to 8 minutes. Release pressure after complete. Stir in cream cheese. Voila!
