- 1 pound hamburger (or turkey)
- 1 package Rice-a Roni (beef flavored)
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 3/4 cup water
Mix raw meat, oatmeal, egg, and Rice-a-Roni. Shape into balls. Place in skillet. Turn balls and fry until no pink shows on outer layer of ball. Add water and flavor packet after meatballs are cooked. Simmer for 30 minutes. Served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
