Macaroni and Cheese

  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 inches velveeta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Extra sharp cheddar
  • Salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder

Bring water to a boil, add noodles until cooked. Drain noodles and set aside. In pan, melt butter. Add cheeses, cream cheese, then add milk (may need more or less milk, depending on how you like your m&c). Stir sauce until all ingredients are melted. Add seasonings generously. Add noodles to sauce and stir until noodles are well coated.

  1. You don’t have to have Havarti cheese, but it’s usually in the specialty cheese section and is a little expensive. I just had it one time because I bought it at Aldi for Quiche, so I threw it in with the mac I made you the last time! I just throw in “some” like an inch or something.

Sharp cheddar… I usually do like an inch and a half off a block. I don’t know measurements in cups!

    P.S. Rate this recipe, foo!
