- 2 portions salmon (unfrozen)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Combine brown sugar, honey, butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a glass bowl. Microwave and stir until butter is melted and sauce is creamy. Marinade salmon for 15 minutes or more.
Place skin side down on grill. Do not flip salmon. Salmon is done when it is flaky and a clear juice appears on top. Served with pilaf and a vegetable.
