Grilled Pork Tenderloin

1 – 2 pounds pork tenderloin (2 tenderloins)
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar

Mix all of the marinade ingredients together and pour into a large Ziplock bag.  Place the tenderloins in the bag and squeeze out as much air as possible before sealing.  Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinade for at least an hour, up to 24 hours. Remove the tenderloins from the marinade about 30 minutes before you are ready to grill and allow to warm up on the counter. Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is heated, place the tenderloin on the grill and grill the first side for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, roll the tenderloin onto the the next side and grill for another 5 minutes. Continue cooking each side for 5 minutes until a food thermometer reads around 150 degrees. Allow the tenderloin to rest on a platter for about 10 minutes before you slice into it. Enjoy!
