Chicken Casserole

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups tri-colored rotini (or any noodle)
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 inches Velveeta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • seasoned pepper

Boil noodles. When nearly finished, add onion and peas to boiling water. When noodles are tender, drain. In saucepan, combine soup and cheese and melt together. Then add noodle mixture and chicken. Stir. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper.
