Cheesy Chicken Soup


  • 3 cups potatoes
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 quarts water + 1 cup
  • 1 quart chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken
  • 16 ounces Velveeta

Combine vegetables, 2 quarts of water and broth and simmer until vegetables are tender. In a separate bowl, mix together thoroughly 1 cup water with flour and then add to vegetables. Add chicken and cheese. Boil until cheese is melted.
