Homemade Ice Cream


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Enough Whole milk (about 1 gallon) to fill line on your ice cream freezer

Beat eggs, then mix sugar, salt, vanilla & half & half together with eggs. Pour in freezer. Add enough whole milk to fill line on your freezer or about 3/4 full. Use rock salt and ice for ice cream freezing.
