Cool Berry Pie


  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups assorted fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or blackberries)
  • 1 tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust

In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in berries. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Freeze for a couple of hours or until firm. I usually arrange a few berries on top to make it look a little prettier! Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before cutting.

(I got this off the Keebler website and it’s a keeper! It literally takes me 5 minutes to throw together!)
