Strawberry Whip


  • 1 pound frozen strawberries, quartered
  • 2 large packages strawberry jello (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
  • 12 oz Cool Whip

Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes.  Then add 6 cups of cold water plus 1 cup of ice and stir until ice dissolves. While strawberries are still frozen, cut them into quarters with kitchen shears. Stir strawberries into jello.  Then stir in Cool Whip and chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
