Red Pepper Hummus


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or to the consistency you like)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Put all ingredients except oil into a food processor. Blend until smooth, pouring oil in a steady stream into the mixture. Serve with crackers, veggies, or with a spoon!
