Raspberry Chipotle Bean Dip


  • 1  can black beans, drained
  • 1  package cream cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 jar Bronco Bob’s Raspberry Sauce
  • 2 cups Monterrey jack cheese, shredded

Saute onions with garlic and butter until near fully cooked. Add beans and cream cheese. Melt cream cheese so that you have a creamy mixture. Combine in a square 9×9 greased baking dish the creamy black bean and onion mixture and corn. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 15 minutes. Take out and drain some of the juice off. Then add the Raspberry Sauce. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and add the shredded cheese and bake until cheese is  melted over the top (about 30 minutes total baking time)
