Pie Crust (Easy and Never Fails!)

  • 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 milk
  • dash of salt

Sift 1 cup of flour into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the flour and add oil, salt, and milk altogether. Mix with a fork until it forms into a ball. Then drop onto a floured surface. Add about 1/2 cup more flour and knead in gradually. Roll out between two pieces of wax paper. Remove paper and fold into a pie pan. Makes one crust.
