Peanut Butter Cups

  • 2 bars of Hershey’s chocolate (or Kisses, Dove)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg.  Place papers in a mini muffin pan, and drop a spoonful of the mixture into each cup. Bake for 10 minutes. Before cool, place chocolate pieces on top of each cup. Makes 24 cups.

  1. I make peanut butter cups except I used a bag of chocolate chips, powdered sugar, peanut butter and a little salt. No baking required! I’ll have to try your recipe next time.
