- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 large can mandarin oranges
- 1 package orange jello
- 2 packages tapioca pudding
Boil 3 cups water with jello and tapioca. Continue to stir until full boil and cook for 1 minutes. Remove until cool. Add cool whip and then oranges. Refrigerate for 3 or more hours.
