Guacamole



2 avocados

1/2 can Rotel

1/2 cup cilantro

1 teaspoon salt

juice from 1/2 lime

Mash avocado in a small bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together. Serve cold with tortilla chips. To keep guacamole bright green, leave avocado seed in the dip. Keep refrigerated.

  1. Hey, I just saw you posted this! 🙂 I need to make some again. Now I add cilantro to the mix to give it an extra kick.
