So I got a craving for chile rellenos. Since La Fiesta (who served the greatest relleno in town) is bust, I decided to try mi mano at some comida mexicana. These were da bomb. So gracias to some dude off the internet for the great instructions. The only draw back to making these is that now every cut in my hands is on fire. Yes, these puppies were stinkin’ on fire. We had to wipe our brows and drink milk after every bite, but it was so worth it. Thanks Dad, for growing these chiles for me to be inspired with. I’m hoping perhaps the store bought poblanos are less intense!
